History

This eau-de-vie is gourmand and reveals all the subtlety of the generously expressive berries. Tart and potent, it offers the sensation of tasting the fruit itself, eaten just as is.

    Production

    This fragile fruit requires maceration in a tank with organic alcohol in order to extract all the characteristics of the berry. There follows a smooth distillation before diluting with local spring water.

    The Bertrand Organic Framboise is best tasted in a crystal glass, lightly swirled.  Icy, it leaves a fine vapor on the sides of the glass at the precise moment that all the rich perfumes are released.
