History

Organic Coeur de Bière® eau-de-vie or clear fruit brandy. This organic eau-de-vie is made from the must of fermented malted barley from the Rhine Valley.  

    Production

    After fermenting the malted barley in tanks comes a smooth distillation before moving to a blend of natural citrus aromas and spices followed by dilution with water from Uberach.

    Tasting

    Rediscover the aromas of malted barley via this convivial, intense organic brandy. It expresses the perfume of the hops and recalls the effervescence of beer. It reveals notes of grain, tropical fruit, spices and citrus — a true voyage of the senses.

    Serving

    The Bertrand Organic Coeur de Bière® brandy should be served freezing cold. From its limpid transparency you can find the excitement of its original character.

    The brandy can be tasted neat, in cocktails or as a companion to desserts, baked goods and sorbets.
